"SWIFT Health Solutions is the best gym I have ever attended. The group classes are small, providing each member with personalized assistance. Everyone in the group motivates each other, which is great for those days that you don’t feel like working out. The fitness approach is very different, is exiting, not like your usual boring workout at your typical gym. The most important thing is the results. I have loss 6 lbs. of fat and gained 4 lbs. of muscle since starting around 3 months ago. I recommend this gym for anyone that is trying to get fit."

"I seen their flyer in a health eatery and knew I would love it because it focused on the mechanics of the body, working WITH it and not AGAINST it, testing it but not tearing it apart, and every dynamic of being FIT. (yes I got all of that just from the flyer. lol. It said key words that sold me). Upon my visit I was so excited about the intimacy level. The first class was free and it was intense (im sure it was such a low level compared to the actually classes). Joel (the owner) is passionate and imparts that passion into the trainee. He does wonderful, out-of-the-box exercises that does MUCH more to muscles that I've never even worked than I have experienced from all my HIIT training and other fitness routes. Im so excited to start in December. I will definitely give another review upon my continuation with this health facility. So far so good."
