"Was very disappointed with their service. The only one who seemed to cared was NP Mooneyham. I got a membrane sweep done at 37 weeks without my consent by a Ob. I was only told I was being checked to see if I had dilated , I was in pain for days, had to find out on my own. A lot information is withheld when it comes to the fee’s you’re responsible for. Dr Hicks & Dr Mason were awesome too. Can’t say I recommend."

"I transferred over to FABEN (Riverplace Blvd location) 20 weeks pregnant at 40 years old. They took me in when many others would not even consider it. I have only been seeing this group for 2 years but I hope I have found my doctor group for life! Walking into their offices is like entering a spa. They have clearly invested in classy, comfy interiors that cater to women in every way. I feel “heard” in the spaces without anybody even talking yet! This warm environment is just as important as the care you’re receiving. The entire staff are so helpful, polite, and cheerful. I feel they are invested in me and actually care! I had 2 “incidences” that were urgent, scary, and unexpected. Again, I was welcomed in and taken care of with ease. I didn’t have to stress extra or dread going in. I now look forward to it!! The care and their resources are exceptional. THANK YOU FABEN Riverplace Blvd!!!!"

"Things are different now. I've gone to Faben for a couple years and have been happy for the care I've received until this year. Now my experience seeing them the whole first pregnancy, I'm become disappointed. A couple of doctors have made me feel like a faceless patient, rushing me around, having my concerns brushed off, and not even letting me ask a question. (The nurses are wonderful thought!) I understand that they see so many people everyday, but some kindness of slowing down and listening can mean the world. Also, the wait time after being called back is horrendous now. I can expect to wait an hour or more to be seen and spoken to for only 5 minutes. I contemplate finding a different practice if these situations continue. It may be different at other locations as well. I hope things get better!"

"Dr Brittany Mason is phenomenal!! Front desk associates are also very kind. Such a great atmosphere. They make you feel very comfortable. I was so scared my first time going here & the way I was treated, I was perfectly fine by the end! Now going doesn’t even bother me! :)"

"This practice is wonderful. I went in for my second annual visit today- the check in process was so easy and the nurse was friendly and welcoming. My provider was kind and patient and asked lots of questions and seemed very caring and thorough. The office is beautiful and they give you nice robes to change into, I highly recommend this practice."
