"Waited at the front of the drive through line for over twenty minutes, and not once did anyone say a thing to take my order. Even after saying several times "hello, hello, hello" nothing. Even after beeping my horn several times, nothing. I can clearly see there's maybe two people inside ordering anything so at 8:30pm they are not busy. Ridiculous, obviously ignoring me so they don't have to do their oh so hard job. Deserves less than one star, but either way this place earns it's low rating."

"Two young lady’s working around 7pm at cashier inside was very rude & ignorant gave free food out to others in front of me didn’t give me my whole order after spending great money here and showed favoritism towards certain people of there choice there always there & I really recommend not going here there so rude this location needs new people with better customer service skills they don’t even give u everything u order and there so rude but when they made a mistake with someone that order a 8 piece they gave them a 16 piece with no charge also with fries n bread they don’t treat everyone fair not even the ones who actually bought a 16 piece.. I don’t recommend this location very ignorant loud rude girls asking for trouble that work here . Also don’t know how to pack a family meal . But again pick there favorites on who they want to give extra service to . This location doesn’t deserve any stars ! To rude here for no reason . They also don’t give u bread that meal comes with ."

"The older lady taking the orders was great! The other lady was ridiculously rude towards customers and her coworkers. Her nasty comments about a customer wanting to order nuggets made us beyond uncomfortable and disgusted!"

"Sat in drive through for quite a while. I pulled up in the drive through, was the forth car in line. After sitting for there for a while the car in front of me pulled out of the line. Now I'm the third car in line. After a while longer the car at the order speaker finally pulled away. The car in front of me drove through and left which left me at the order speaker. After sitting for a while a customer came out of the store and told me there was knowone working the drive through. Because I had already paid for my order on line I parked and went into the store to find that there were only three employees working. The wings were cold, super small seemed to be old. The breading was not crunchy."

"This site is sad...which is ashame concerning how much potential that is available across from Tampa's only casino.... Food always seems to have issues...and customer service definitely needs to be corrected...can't even get greeted when I walk in here....it's just sad Popeyes has awesome food and good ol Southern people but you don't get that here!!! No meat on bone..and dry dry dry! Cold"
