"What a TERRIBLE first experience. I am extremely disappointed with how things turned out. I was genuinely looking forward to my dentist appointment today to get my cleaning done. When I called to make the appointment, I specifically mentioned that I needed a regular cleaning. However, they never informed me that I wouldn't be getting a cleaning, but rather 18 pictures taken inside my mouth and an X-ray. Despite following their protocol for first-time patients, I must admit that the front desk staff were pleasant and friendly, the X-ray technician was professional, and the doctor was welcoming. However, the hygienist was absolutely HORRIBLE. She was unprofessional right from the start, causing pain to my gums with the examination tool and had the audacity to attribute it to gingivitis. Then, after her assessment, they informed me that I wouldn't be receiving a regular cleaning but rather a gingivitis cleaning, which isn't covered by my insurance. It felt like a money-making scheme, pushing unnecessary treatments. When I asked again for a regular cleaning, she rolled her eyes, sighed heavily, and told me it won't happen. It makes no sense that I couldn't get the cleaning I originally requested and was instead forced into a treatment not covered by my insurance. I left the office with no cleaning, a misdiagnosis, and still had to pay the copay. Needless to say, I'll be seeking a second opinion. I'll take all the images and X-rays to a clinic that genuinely cares about its patients and isn't solely focused on upselling."

"I had two fillings done at my appointment yesterday and I didn’t feel a thing. I was comfortable from the time I sat in the chair till the time I left. He constantly made communication with me throughout the entire procedure asking me am I ok. I will highly recommend this dentist to ANYONE."

"This was the third dentist I’ve been to in 2023. The last dentist said I needed a deep cleaning which I get IF I needed it but since I had one already this year I wanted a second opinion- and I’m glad I did. They did the X-rays and said I didn’t NEED the deep cleaning but always recommend as it’s more thorough then the standard basic/preventative one. They explained the billing implications with my insurance and I am thrilled to have found an honest dentist. Everything was EXACTLY like I wanted. Scheduling, paperwork, efficient billing and the dental work. The staff is friendly and easy to communicate with and they give transparent information. I got a referral to an oral surgeon and they were prompt with records m/x ray transfer. I have ZERO complaints."

"Initially I was going to give 5 stars until I saw the other reviews that was similar to my experience. I initially scheduled an appointment for a 6 month cleaning which never took place instead they said I needed a deep cleaning which I take great care of my teeth so that was very strange. They took 2 hours worth of X-rays which I never had done in my life and I’ve lived in different states and I’ve never had this type of dental experience. My teeth never got cleaned so now Its pushing me more behind on a teeth cleaning. It’s safe to say that this this is a money grab company especially if you’re a new patient. I’m only giving 3 stars because everyone was nice."
