"I absolutely can not express the amount of surprising notes during my visit!! Let me start by saying that from mom and I walked into the waiting room. Everybody was polite. They knew who I was without knowing who I was there was a patient who had had surgery and was back for a follow up and was talking about how much she loved them and I’ve had bad experience with the previous ENT so I didn’t know what to think, I didn’t stay in the waiting room but maybe five minutes at the most . I went back I was actually addressed and talk to and not talk to from someone’s back he’s typing on a computer. There’s no computers in front of them which was amazing because they took the time to actually interact and be there. Not to mention they had already read about my case. They had already made notes everybody from the front desk to the nurse who you know did the check in treating the doctor. They knew everything without having to look at a computer for answers, or for me to tell them again. They was absolutely amazingly polite, prompt, and even prepared like no doctors office does that anymore no doctors office takes the time to write things out on hand and paper, but they did and by time I got home and looked in my chart, the notes had already been uploaded into my chart. Everything was in there, I was completely amazed, and blown away."
