Sandpiper Mobile Resort is a vibrant community of 120 shareholders and 46 homeowners, spread across nearly 10 acres. Our rich history dates back to the late 1800s when the land was first developed by Ruric Edwin Cobb, a visionary whose legacy still resonates within our grounds. From its beginnings as a humble trailer park in the 1930s, Sandpiper has evolved into a beloved sanctuary that retains the warmth and traditions of its storied past.
