Welcome to the First Baptist Church of Matlacha, a warm and welcoming place of worship located at 3300 Southwest Pine Island Road, Cape Coral, Florida. Our church is dedicated to serving God, supporting our community, and spreading the Gospel of Christ both locally and globally. Led by Pastor Kevin Pridemore, who joined us in 2023, and Assistant Pastor Steve Ludwig, we are committed to rebuilding and growing stronger in faith after the challenges we faced from Hurricane Ian in 2022. Pastor Kevin, with his extensive pastoral experience since 2010, brings a vision of hope and renewal to our congregation. He, along with his wife Heather and their children, believes in the power of faith and community. As a Bible preacher, Pastor Kevin is passionate about nurturing the spiritual growth of all our members.
