"How to thank these guys? You really can't. We purchased both a mower and trailer from I4 - we mow 20 acres on two properties pretty much weekly. The old 10 & the new 10 are about 8 miles apart. Sara just added the second 10 so a 72" Ferris (CAT power!) IS6200 made the cut (ha)... It's so ridiculously smooth...and the most level cut ever. Two parcels 8 miles apart... We're not great at math but an hour long ride on a zero turn seemed excessive. So an Aluma trailer also made the list. After we mowed a few times there was an odd issue. There was nothing wrong with the mower or trailer but a problem cropped up so unusual we needed I4's help. Everyone who knows JP - is used to odd. Really odd. They carry holy water, garlic, first aid, fire extinguishers and Harry Potter wands when he's around. None were needed this time. I4's solution was so appreciated we're thinking they're gonna realize we're not famous! We'll let Diego explain if you're curious. Speaking of our sales rep Diego - when we called with the issue he made arrangements and solved the problem in 24 hours. This happened right after Hurricane Ian. So the I4 Power staff were bored and needed a challenge - yea right! Above and beyond doesn't describe Diego's and I4's efforts and results. I4 is the only place to buy a Ferris...and Aluma trailers! (Except for us - they may think twice when we walk back in....) Thanks Diego, I4 owners and management, and all of your great crew.... Sara & JP"
