"I was welcomed by a very pleasant lady named Morgan. She got me checked in quickly and even had a conversation with me while doing so. The staff in the back was welcoming and fast. Then at check out I was helped by a lady named Jakarra that’s was also very friendly!!! Great staff and great service!!!!"
"The only good thing I can say is that the CT technician and nurses were good. The physician care was NOT. At some point during my visit my care was upgraded to emergent care. I was not notified and my out of pocked expenses dramatically increased. I was told my condition was not emergent and was then discharged. In addition my pain was not relieved."
"I ask to lay down because I feel better doing that when I'm throwing up, I had to beg to get him to do it. In my room I had no idea there was a phone so I was screaming for help but no one came. Finally a nurse heard me and came in my room thank goodness because I was out of my bed ready to pee on my self. Then they came with my cocktail I told them the only thing that works for me. They gave meds to me one at a time. I told them it has to go into my IV all at the same time but they didn't Listen. I was told I was discharged and to hurry because someone wants the room. I ask for a chair cause I was to weak to walk she waited till I said wheelchair. It's a shame a 70 year old woman has to be treated like that no matter how busy they are."
"The staff was very polite and friendly. The atmosphere is Welcoming. I was seen quickly. I arrived @ 9:46pm I believe and I left before 10:30pm. I was so happy because usually there is a long wait when I go to other emergency rooms. The doctor was very kind and thorough. He listened to my complaints and went over treatment plan with me. Everything was great."
"I felt unwell when I came in, and the receptionist was extremely kind and welcoming! The nurse was wonderful and incredibly attentive to my needs. Dr. O, the physician, was refreshingly honest and direct. After the tests, it turned out I had a potassium deficiency. They prescribed potassium pills and provided guidance for long-term improvement. It was an excellent overall experience! I truly felt cared for by the staff at Old (or New) Kings Rd. Thank you all for your genuine concern for my well-being!"
