Welcome to the Riverdale Public Library, a cornerstone of our Fort Myers community since its original opening in August 1991. Conveniently located at 2421 Buckingham Road, Fort Myers, Florida, our library proudly serves as the tenth branch of the Lee County Library System. In response to our growing community, a new library building was constructed in 2009 to better accommodate our patrons. Most recently, in 2023, we underwent a full renovation to enhance our facilities and services. Our modernized library now features inviting outdoor reading spaces, dedicated areas for children and teens, and a versatile meeting room with a retractable wall, perfect for community events and gatherings.
