"Today I had a wonderful experience at USA VEIN CLINIC in Jacksonville FL on University Blvd. I am 68 yrs. old and have been self-conscious for years about my spider veins. I thought, "now or never," so on July 1st I called for an appt. and started off with a very positive situation as the young lady on the phone was able to answer all of my questions. Today was my appt. and I was very pleased to meet Dr. Levy. He was extremely informative as he explained step-by-step what he would be doing and his delightful bedside manner eased my nerves. After his (wonderful) assistant did an ultrasound on my legs to insure that I did not have any medical issues, Dr. Levy proceeded with injections. He was very gentle and, other than a small stick, it was painless. Tonight I'm very optimistic as I am already seeing positive results! I am very pleased and confident that I will continue to see positive results. Thank you, Dr. Levy! I will definitely refer you and USA VEIN CLINIC to my friends and family!"
"Very unprofessional. Had to reschedule my appointment twice due to an issue with the ultra sound technician, and I kept getting calls and texts almost every day leading up to the appointment to confirm that I was, in fact, planning to attend. I confirmed every time but kept getting the calls and texts. The whole process was sketchy, I cancelled my appointment and will be going somewhere else."
