"I have no complaints with any of my children's therapists (Iqra, Yari and Alex) excellent therapists, very professional, friendly, responsible, they always ask about the well-being of the children, my children in a short time had an evolution in their communication as I had never seen it before and I am very grateful to the Talk Active team, my children were always excited about their therapies, they came out of the super happy therapies, sadly I changed my children's health insurance and I had to take them out of the therapies, but if in the future I needed more therapies for the children I would undoubtedly choose talk Active again, 100% recommended."

They have made the kids so comfortable here .its 25 minutes from me but i refuse to change locations because my child loves the staff! "I’d like to leave my most recent incident with an employee from Talkactive. More specifically the attitude of my sons speech therapist, Amarylis Rivas, who sees my son at his daycare— a service provided by this practice. I reached out to her to try and come to an agreement on my sons speech therapy weekly schedule since he also receives occupational therapy at his daycare through another company. I was trying to avoid conflict by clarifying schedule times since his occupational therapy session was affected on a Thursday due to a mixup in schedule. When i Simply tried to address clarification on arrival times, Amarylis gave me a series of explanations, example: stating she does not get compensated for traveling to see my son at his daycare and also stating it’s a “courtesy” that she goes out to his daycare therefore she does not have a set schedule or time. None of this information pertains to my sons therapy and the SERVICE they state to offer and have available at talkactive clinic when i inquired about needing school based therapy. Where at the end of our conversation she told me the following: “Solo le pido a Dios que Marcelo te eche hacia atrás todo el progreso que hemos logrado.” Which translates to: “I only pray to God that Marcelo regresses (forgets or dismisses) all the progress that we have achieved” I followed this response by writing an email to complain to the owner of the clinic, Flavia Pires, who’s response stated all of the therapists explanations were correct and she’s within her rights since she is an independent contractor who is technically not her employee. I think regardless of the type of employment, she still works under this company and represents their morals. Moreover she said I misunderstood Amaryllis message about my son (which i did not because it is in text messages exactly how it’s written on this review). I leave this review so that other parents know and are aware of what happened with my son with this therapist so it does not happen to them."
