"When we got there, the staff at the front desk were so helpful and kind. When the doctor came into the room and asked for my child’s name, we went in and they took his height, weight, and blood pressure. When we got to the office, we did not have to wait long for the doctor to come to the room. We discussed what was going on and how we could make improvements. My child and I love this place. I really appreciate all the efforts that was put into how the system works."

"The initial interaction with the receptionist at check in wasn't great. I was trying to explain that I received a text asking me to update my child's primary care doctor, before I could finish she said, I'll get to that. Every response from her was unfriendly and pretty rude. The PA that saw my daughter was really sweet. I'm not sure that I will return to the Bloomingdale office."

"I really like it there. My 3 month old daughter sees Dr Hamoui and she’s really good! She is kind and compassionate. She always addresses all my concerns and never makes me feel silly since I’m a first time mom and get scared over little things. The front office staff are always so nice and it’s very clean. They also do virtual visits and sick after hours on weekdays and Saturday at the Winthrop location."

"Even though taking my children to the doctor can be a bit hard especially when they are not feeling there best and don't want to get out of bed. The staff always makes the visit very pleasant. They are fast and sufficient but still give us the time and care that we need."
