"My experience here is always really endearing. Paola at the front desk always goes above and beyond. Paul in case management always has my back. Dr. Rowe is thoughtful, informative, patient, kind, and professional. As odd as it is, I look forward to the lab work preceding my doctor’s appointment because the medical assistants are so easy to vibe with."

"Dr. Rowe is an amazing doctor! But, the front desk people tend to be very disrespectful and quite ableist. They have both been discriminating towards my disabled partner and myself, disabled trans person. They claimed that they would accommodate us and help both myself and my partner with transportation assistance and then claimed that they it’s not their responsibility to do that later on. Because of that, I tried setting up a telehealth appointment, which they also offered, but then I get the same talk about cancellation, which they caused by saying that they have set up transportation assistance with past assistance, come to find out that didn’t and also lied saying that they never had said that they set up a disability accommodation for transportation. I’m not okay with the obvious gaslighting from the receptionists. Do not go here if you’re disabled and can’t drive!"

"I was extremely pleased with this practice. My old practice very suddenly stopped doing HRT (as did many others because of stupid Florida laws). Hope and help for me in within a couple weeks so I could continue my transition without interruption. Looking forward to my next visit."

"So this was an awesome experience as far as doctors go. Immediately upon walking in, I felt as though I were in a welcoming environment, which helped my already anxious self be able to calm down. I was then then greeted by the front desk that gave the most sincere welcome and got me started on my paperwork for the visit. Shout out Paola for being so kind and understanding! I then was called back and met Jenna which provided one of the most welcoming explanations of HRT and she showed great compassion and understanding in order to help me on my journey.
