This park offers a range of amenities including an accessible beach area, boardwalk, playground, bathrooms, a splash pad, pavilions, dock, and paddle board/kayak launch. Visitors can also enjoy the sight of a heron rookery and learn about the park's history and natural features through educational signage. The pavilion can be rented for private events by contacting the Community Center. Those planning to launch kayaks and paddle boards from the park are encouraged to use the designated loading/unloading area and to utilize the nearby Zerbe/Calhoun City Parking Lot. Some areas of the park remain closed, so visitors are advised to adhere to all posted signs and avoid closed areas. Parking is extremely limited, and the park will temporarily close to new vehicles when the lot is full. Pedestrians and bicyclists are still allowed to enter the park, and a free beach shuttle service is available from Conner Park. For a fee of $6 per vehicle, visitors can enjoy one of the most pristine stretches of beaches in the world at Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park. The park offers beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico, as well as opportunities to sunbathe, paddleboard, kayak, hike, bird-watch, fish, and search for seashells.
