"Hello shop owner, If you bring my car to you, could you check all the jobs that you did before? and if there is something wrong, could you fix it without charge? I realized the clutch wasn't fixed properly. At least, you don't secure clutch bolts. --- I bought used car near your shop. I forgot the name of previous onwer. He introduced me there. And at that moment, I can't figure it out what's going on my car since there was no option. And you gave me 2 t-shirts of your shop. Black one and red one. --- too much cost. additionally, they put the clutch not properly secure. they put all bolts without tightening. all bolts of the clutch cover just came out when I pulled it out from it by hand. it was dangled. it was too much danger if it didn't find it. also, they didn't fix one part that is needed to be replace with clutch. So when I shift my car there is weird sound. I thought it is normal, but it isn't."

After a few days in the shop I was sure the bill would be over $1k. To my surprise they charged me $0. The issue took them less than an hour to complete so they were kind enough not only to nix charge but also show me how to fix the issue (it's common in these types of cars) myself. HUGE thanks to Robert and Sam for being stand up gentlemen. I only wish they were closer to my home! Well done fellas."

"decided to forgo the BMW dealership this cycle and try Sam's - sure enough, my precious (single-owner) M3 was in good hands from the start! they performed an oil change, brake service flush and also provided feedback on considerations based on mechanical history of my model BMW, to include detailed parts, prices and how to best approach the future repair. throughout my visit all their staff were top notch, answered all my questions in full detail and treated me as an important customer - i will def return. the best part, aside from the excellent customer service, is that i paid half the price compared to dealership. book in advance b/c they stay busy for a reason!"
