"If youre looking to get your taxes done because you might owe or you didnt file the year before, find someone who will actually care and not just a business that wants you in and out. Update: The manager called me after they read my survey review and asked for more details. 1) She automatically spoke to me in another language when all my paper work was done in English, 2) She didnt even bother to go over my return to look at what was missed 3) After we spoke, she said she would contact me back after reviewing the return... that was over a week ago and havent heard back since. Their response is BS, really... DO NOT GO HERE!!"
"It's frustrating when you know something must be done some way and the "expert" tell you "no" you don't qualify for that, then they take 2 hours to analyze your case and end up conceding your suggestion and making your return exactly how you knew should have been done. And then they charge you $200 for that. Nice! For all the rest I give them full stats."
