"All of the staff was very kind especially the ultrasound tech (I can’t remember her name, but she was an older woman) she was amazingly kind and very informative; she he took her time and educated me on some things I was not aware of. I would have given one star except for her and the doctor he was also very kind and educated me under what the issues were, so they are the only reason for the stars. I was very disappointed I was not informed upfront that they will not file treatment for varicose veins with my insurance company, even if I requested them to. I have severe pain in my legs where the varicose veins are located and was told that it’s considered cosmetic…. I can tell you removing varicose veins isn’t going to cosmetically help my legs at all.. I was able to find a company that will file with the insurance and send a correct and informative narrative."
