"Doctor Arn has been my primary care physician for at least 25 years. He takes the time to listen to you and has always showed a genuine interest in my welfare. He is great and very attentive,. always answers all questions, never rushed. Staff has always been great. They do a difficult job dealing with the drama I have seen. Never had a bad experience. Staff is always helpful and professional. We all have bad days, don't take it out on his staff."

"Very poorly operated doctors office. I made an appointment in this office for a primary care visit following a ER visit. It took four weeks for them to get me in the schedule .Which I can understand they are busy and I requested a particular Doctor. I showed up at my 7:00 am appointment, that had been confirmed the day prior , to be told that the doctor was out sick. I received no phone call prior to reaching the office. I rescheduled for this Friday @ 11:00 am with a different doctor because the original doctor had no appointments for another month. I needed to be seen asap at this point . Show up today at 11:00 for the rescheduled appointment. Same thing occurred. My appointment was confirmed yesterday. I get there and they say "Oh, Sorry the Doctor is out today". No call prior to the visit. I am now out 5 weeks from a cardiac ER visit with No primary care followup, because they keep cancelling me at the time of the appointment due to no doctor available at the office. Note there was a doctor there each time, but no effort was made to work me in the schedule . I am seeking a different Primary Care physician and would encourage others to as well."

"I can see why the rating is so low for this facility. I have never had an issue with them before but my daughter was not feeling well and I sent her there. This was her first time to this type of place alone and she wasn’t sure about signing in, using insurance,etc. she asked for help and the young lady at the desk ignored her and rolled her eyes at her. The staff was very unprofessional and told another patient she needs to go across the street to the ER if she was sick. I was on the phone with my daughter through all of this. When I called to complain, I was put on the phone with someone who told me her name was ‘Paula’ and that she was the supervisor and she would handle it. I don’t believe that she was the supervisor at this point but she may have been. She stood in front of the people that I was complaining on the whole time she was on the phone with me, told them everything that I complained about while they laughed together while discussing it. As I explained to ‘Paula’ if that was even her real name, when people come there for help, they don’t expect to be treated that way and to tell a patient they should go ‘across the street’ to the ER for being sick is very unprofessional. I’m sure they know what options they had, and they chose to come there and that is the reason that everyone there has a job. Sick people already have enough to deal with without having to deal with the attitudes and unprofessionalism of people like them. My daughter finally left without being given a diagnosis but being told that her prescriptions were being sent to the pharmacy and to take all of them. People should make better decisions when hiring front office staff because these are the first faces and attitudes that patients have to deal with."
