"First off, I had a great experience getting an scheduled oil change. The appointment went great. I was able to complete some work emails in the morning on my phone and it was done within an hour. Brandon even offered a beverage ticket but I declined, which was a nice gesture. Now my low score is on the amount of times I have been contacted about giving a review. I have received multiple emails and phone calls. It’s quite absurd. It’s just an oil change. I even wrote my frustration in the review and expected nothing of it. On the drive home from work today I return a missed call and it was the rep trying to beg me to change the review. Please change this review harassment process."
