"This was a great experience - from the appointment scheduling to my visit. I called to make an appointment and the phone was answered as expected. I felt respected and as though the staff cared. The front office staff was kind. I was called to the exam room within 10 minutes of finishing my paperwork. The doctor was kind and considerate. He listened to me and wasn't dismissive. I felt a lot more at ease after leaving."

"They are so so far behind appointment time. Both times we have to wait for almost an hour with no explanation, no sorry! Be upfront with them on any charges, IN WRITING! My son has nasal ablation, was told 2x copay is $400. Got another bill for $200 more. Follow up appointment within a week, was told free of charges. Got another bill for $600. It's so so unfair with those unfair, surprised bill. Anytime I called to question the bill, impossible to reach anyone! Dr. Lisa W. Is good."

"The doctors are... ok. Otherwise, they deserve zero stars. Don't go here. The office staff will lose your records, then get aggressive and indignant when you ask them to fix their mistakes. And heaven forbid you show any frustration while they jerk you around. Prior to that, I was left on hold, no one returned my calls all day, and when they did, they were dishonest and rude the whole time then gave false information to the pharmacist when I handed off the phone to her. Only go here if you're into being abused."

"Dr. Harrington is FANTASTIC and very knowledgeable. I've been entrusting him for years. The front desk and customer service is TERRIBLE. Absolute SUB-ZERO customer service skills. I would know, as customer /people skill are a must in my profession. Every time I try to make an appointment, it's an all day task. They literally answer the phone and place you on hold, then hang up. It's like trying to call into a radio station. Forget EVER reaching the nurses station, and do NOT count on a call back unless it's billing. I have had enough of the lack of professionalism that is unfortunately packaged-in with the need to see my Dr. I will make an appointment (eventually I'll get through in the next 3-4 days - this is how long it takes to get through) Only this time at my appointment, I am absolutely going to tell Dr. Harrington what I should have told him about his office staff years ago!! They are the absolute worst. Disorganized and just the worst. I've had 3X's an incident when I waited way past my appointment time. The scheduling is ridiculously overbooked and unorganized. People's time IS a valuable, priceless, and non-tangible item. The wait times ARE atrocious. I've learned to love, value and calculate my time, wisely, and I'll not be taken for granted in this regard ever again. Not here or anywhere else. I know how reasonable Dr. Harrington is. I truly believe that he's never been told blatantly how screwed-up the office administration portion of his business model is. If he knew, I believe he'll fix it. I will be informing him at the next visit. I'm not going to lose a great Dr. because of his inept office administration. They need to go. Not me!"
