"While on vacation I contracted a respiratory infection. I visited CareSpot Urgent care for a diagnosis and meds. The receptionist was very personable and professional. The Dr diagnosed my illness, gave me a script and I was on my way in a timely manner. The meds worked and I am feeling better. You never know what type of service you will receive when traveling out of state, but I have to say CareSpot was spot on! Thank you so much!"
"I would only return to this place if it is the only one on the entire planet, I really had a bad experience there with my daughter. They have no interest in relieving the patient's pain, for them the most important thing is to gain access to your health insurance. The waiting time to be treated is desperately long and they have no consideration for the patient. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 only because they gave my daughter a treatment anyway that in the end did not cure her pain. If you are looking for health DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE"
"Amazing!! I came in waiting in line and was promptly taken care to the room for an examination. The woman at the front desk was great, Azzi 5 stars offered me a heating pad for my back.Then Mark did the same after.i got into the examination room. The Dr arrive shortly and the whole process took 45 minutes and I was feeling 200% better. THANK YOU ALL! WONDERFUL STAFF."
"The staff smiled,was friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable. The doctor was superb. He was polite and very knowledgeable as well. He did an assessment, explained to me what was next, ran some tests, and I was out of there! The office was busy, but I didn't feel rushed. You can tell the doctor cares about the patients - this was a big plus for me I will definitely be returning for any medical concerns and referring others Thank you"
