"I took my Floor Scubber in and they could never get it fixed right after about 30 days I took it back again and this time I asked for my old parts back, so they took a belt off and disabled the machine and when I picked up my machine it was taped to the handle. I guess they didn't like me complaining that I'm being charged and they still couldn't fix it so they ran it in the parking lot before they took the belt off. I have turned them in to the Florda's Consumer Protect Divsion for fraudulent actions and charges."
