"I had a 9:00 appt at the Vision Center at the Main Street location. I was seen promptly for my exam and the entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. When it came time to choose my eyeglass frames Manny was who helped me thru the process. He was very professional and extremely nice, I never felt rushed or pressured into buying add on’s that I didn’t want or need. Once I got home after leaving the office I looked over my invoice and had a couple questions to ask. I called back not “once” but “twice” and Manny was able to answer my questions and was very kind in doing so and made sure I understood before hanging up. I will definitely keep them as my Vision Center and I would highly recommend this location."
"The eye exam: excellent. Expect an additional fee. 39 to 49 dollars. Retail: minimal choices of frames. Doesn't show you on paper a itemized description . Very expensive glasses. Staff: check in and pre eye exam professional. Retail person needs a lesson in basic customer service skills."
"Most offices close around 5:00pm that was my appointment time and I didn’t feel rushed or shortened my visit. Then I took my time to pick out frames still not rush. Very please with my choice with the help from Manny. And before leaving Manny took my picture by their beautiful Christmas tree. Happy Holidays!!!!"
