"Make sure your insurance covers the Lab service at the Laboratory in this building. I usually go to Quest and it's fully covered by my insurance but because this facility is considered outpatient hospital it is billed different, much higher cost and not fully covered. Big lesson learned! My insurance did discount it a lot but still! I didn't know any of this until I got the bill for Laboratory charges and called my insurance to understand why. A lady at front desk at my doctor's office advised that I can go to the lab in the same building without mentioning to check with my insurance first see if it covers. I blindly followed her advise and also at the lab they could have atleast asked and checked my insurance first. I simply had no clue. I thought it's just another Lab. A great way to fool someone. It was no urgent matter, it's just my regular lab work that I do every six months. It's same for many years. I guess they don't care and just take people in to make more money and careless without informing people to check with your insurance first to see if it covers. I feel I got misled and cheated. Really just want to let others know, check with your insurance first if this particular Lab is covered under your plan. And really for any other services in general is a great reminder!"

The only thing I don't like is needing to have your Lab paperwork in your hand when you go to to get your Lab work. That is what computers are for. My appointments are one year apart and it's easy to lose"
