"It is a good place to go when you need to be help soon. The medical personel is nice and professional. My only obseration would be about the front desk emploees: I don't remember to see them smiling while they were serving a customer. Probable the company needs to make them to feel happier in their job. Smiling if you don feel on that way is not gonna work."
"The front desk staff was super friendly and excellent professionals. The doctor was very professional and attentive to my daughter, they are high-quality professionals. But the administration and whoever is the administrator of this Urgen Care “CareSpot” I must say that they failed and that their system of operating and managing this clinic as an administrator they’re useless. How is it possible that you have only one health care provider when the clinic is filled to capacity and when you have a doctor who takes his time with each patient and taking forever. In situations like this, the administrator must know and understand health strategies and recognize that a clinic where there is a lot of patient traffic must have more than 2 doctors and this is not the case today. In order to offer the day off to a medical provider, at least this clinic must have 3 doctors so when one is on vacation or one is absent due to a personal matter, it finds 2 who can handle the flow of patients. I arrived here at 12:30 pm and left at 4:15 pm, a very horrible situation and a terrible experience. The administration of this clinic is worst, it does not know logistics or strategy."

"Very busy at this location. They do walks in but appointments were highly recommended. My husband had an appt at 1:15, was not seen until 2:30. What’s the point of making an appointment if you’re not going to be seen at the appointed time. Their response, “we are waiting on rooms”. 3:30 came around and my husband was finally seen by a doctor. How many doctors do they have at this location? Only 1? My husband finally finished his 1:15 appointment at 4:15. Prepare to wait - a long time."
