"This historic building, built between 1922-1925, is a throwback to old world charm and beautiful architectural design. Wood paneling and framed mirrors offer lobby highlights, along with an original US Postal Service mailbox that is fully functional and in use, rather than a decoration."

"The Guaranty Building. has been the home of Nash Jewelry company since 1955. My father started the business in 1955 and we have been through all of the changes throughout the years in our wonderful building. We love the history of the Guaranty Building. and its architecture. I would come to the Guaranty Building. as a young boy and remember the elevators had an attendant help you go to your floor. Such nostalgia. The building was renovated inside and Nash Jewelry company was the only company to stay in the building as all of the construction took place. When you walk into my shop at Nash Jewelry company it is like going back in time you can see the original walls from the 1920s. Guaranty Building. is a great historic building right in the middle of downtown. We are so proud to call the Guaranty Building. our home for many years to come.. Greg Nash"
