"These people aren't very smart! They just lost a really good customer! The quality of their work is pretty good, but I had to keep going back because things weren't ready. My schedule is pretty flexible so I decided not to make too much of it. This final time, I was promised that my dresses which were for a very special weekend occasion would be ready forsure! When I got to the shop, there was a note on the door that said they are closed Thurs the 14th and Friday the 15th! No one bothered to call me! These people are not professional! They lie! Very inconsiderate! You can be certain that you will waste a lot of time energy and gas if you choose this place! Not worth it! Update!!! I think it is only fair to let those reading this review know that they partly resolved my situation! It was a total of 3 dresses that needed to be altered. They brought 2 to my home, no charge and they were fine. I decided to wait on the third one because I didn't want a rush job. I picked it up later however it wasn't fixed the way I asked. The spits were not closed and the dress was still too big and not fitted properly to my body. I will have to take it somewhere else to correct it. Not very happy!"
"I have enjoyed and appreciated the kind, friendly and professional services of Isabelle for many years. Her workmanship is exact and my garments are always ready when when promised, pressed and hung neatly on hangers. This is a busy place so if you’re in a hurry be specific with her. If she can’t do it within your timeframe she will let you know. This is a dying art and it’s hard to find a good seamstress. She’s one of the good ones!"
