"I really wanted to like this place as it is right by where I live... HOWEVER, they told me I could pickup my comforter would be ready on a Saturday, when I went to pick it up, not only was it not there, they couldn't tell me when it would be there. They ended up contacting me on Tuesday to say it would be there "after 5:00pm on Wednesday, but we close at 5:45pm." Sigh. I put it on our spare room bed without inspecting it (I won't do that again) only to find, two weeks later when we had visitors, that there were two tears in the underside that clearly were caused by a machine as they are perfect 2inchx2inch right angle tears. I will never go to this place again... Extremely disappointing :("
