"This isn't about Dr. Avila. The short time I was with them, I got tired of no one answering the phone and front desk sour attitude. On Jan. 29th, and 30th, I left a VM, as I received a bill, which should have been paid by insurance. The bill came from Tampa, but had their phone number. Knowing their history of not answering the phone, on my second VM, I mentioned I left a VM on the 29th and this was the last time I was going to try to reach them. I mentioned the bill and both times informed them I was switching insurances, that they might want to properly bill them before I left. I also asked them to please return my call, as I was not going to continue calling. Many blame their lack of response due to technology. Or they are too busy. Well, fix it. This is a professional environment."

"I have to say the dentist and his girls are great at coast dental in tarpon. I've never felt so comfortable at the dentist and he even wiped away my tears. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends. Clean, friendly and great place to go"

"I don’t want to put even 1 star for this place, is a totally scams, please avoid, the first time I used this was in Palm Harbor office they tried to charged me 220 dollars for a treatment I didn’t have and then second at tarpons spring office , the are charging me for a cleaning which a have a very good insurance and they even didn’t sent to them the bills, which of course my insurance cover, I called my 2 insurance and they didn’t receive the bills yet, it’s been 2 months I trying to get a hold of this place and nobody answers my calls voicemail and no one can give a solution! In regards to the costumer services they have over the phone and in the office they don’t know what are they doing, and the dentist is always rushing"

"I've been coming here for about 4+ years now. The staff have always been compassionate and kind. My dental hygienist is amazing, I love her, and the Dr. Is always generous with smiles. He is as gentle as possible when he works on your mouth. If you don't have dental insurance, you may want to inquire about pricing so you won't be surprised.
