"i am 68 years old , I’m writing a review in order to save others from my terrible experience i have been through. I went to Dr Rovi on my appointment day at 9am just for a simple teeth cleaning. at 9:15 I ask when you are taking me in. i need to be at work at 10am They said ho it's gonna take 2 hours because we have to take 28 x-rays and evaluate you I asked why so many x-rays.as I get my teeth cleaned at least once a year. I have never been asked to take so many x-rays, so i left the office, and then i used to get those Text messages if you are do for cleaning we have an opening tomorrow and finally one day i made that big mistake and decide to go in for the cleaning. after they assure me that i will get copies of all the x rays and pictures as i ask but it took 3 days an Two phone calls to get them sand to me . so i get there i ask for protection from x ray radiation there answer was NO you get more radiation from your phone ,so after the cleaning they pointed out a tooth that they felt needed to be filled for a cavity, I have never had cavity before .I’ve never had issues with this tooth nor my teeth Except for crown on the front tooth as I’ve always gone to the dentist throughout the years. Only for teeth cleaning I’ve had multiple dentists look at the specific tooth, the very last tooth at the bottom had a little chipped at the very corner of the tooth for the last 12 years. but with dr rovi I got phone calls and repeated messages from pola that if you don't take care of this problem it can be very complicated and costly. They were very persistent in reaching out to me to let me know I needed this tooth fix , and after hesitation, I reluctantly agreed. So we made an appointment on 08/14/2023. Dr rovi came he never asked me if that tooth hurts or sensitive he just started working on it . so as he was drilling the tooth after all the shots that he gave me he must have hit the nerve so bad i jump out of my seat , i felt like he damaged my nerve, but I wasn’t sure at the moment as i never had feeling on my teeth before. After a few days of feeling sharp pain on the left side of my head, I realized something was not right. I shouldn’t be feeling like this over a simple filling on a tooth that never was supposed to be touched . i call the doctor i go back into his office and he told me that it’s no big deal that sometimes bonding could crack and we have to redo the feeling . I felt hesitation going back to the same doctor, but he assured me this is minor, and he can easily restore the tooth and filling. On September 11 2023 I go back . After the second filling procedure he tells me that if this is not gonna resolve the problem then we have a bigger problem he said that because he knows what he did It was excruciating pain to where I could not open my jaws to take a big bites on bagel or burger i had to break the food in small pieces i was taking so much advil. i continue to feel pain and pressure in my head and nausea. Then I start breaking out with cold sores, something I’ve never experienced in my 68 years . I knew again something was not right and I made an even bigger mistake going back the second time. now he recommends me to go to a specific Nerve doctor that he picked for me so i ask do i have to pay for this his secretary said yes, so i said l will find my own Doctor which i did and he confirmed that i need a root canal On top of damaging my nerve and nightmare that i am going through, I want to express how he also made sure to bill my insurance, and got $1200.00 from the 1500.00 that my insurance allowed me for a year, plus i pay $264.00 copay for two simple filling procedures, which shouldn’t cost more than a couple hundred dollars Yet somehow this doctor chose to Bill over $1200 for two fillings on the same tooth. I want to warn anyone out there They start off with just a basic cleaning and x-rays and then look to find a problem and if they cannot find a problem they will create one just like they did to me , stay away!"

"This dr office was at least 2 mins away from my home and never knew , called earlier today in extreme pain. And he didn’t rush anything on me , but wants to do everything professionally and slowly. My tooth had alot of drainage, so he’s doing things professionally. I felt very comfortable, because he didn’t hurt me in anyway or tugged in anyway or was harsh with my teeth. He actually is saving my broken tooth. I always used to get them pulled and dentist telling me “ we can’t save it” this is my new family Dr ! Ty for taking me last min. "Top notch all the way. I needed a tremendous amount of work and Dr. Rovi and his staff were excellent. I had many, many extractions and had no pain during the procedure or after. I needed implant supported dentures which turned out beautiful. It took a while for things to heal because of my age, but as they say all good things take time. They are extremely accommodating and truly care about you. Dr. Rovi phoned me in the evenings after every procedure to make sure I was okay. Absolutely the best. Highly recommended."
