"BEWARE of this bait and switch dental office. They will lie and tell you it's the law that you have to have an x-ray before a cleaning. This office will double its prices after the initial visit and pressure you to buy their dental advantage plan owned by the dentist. They refused to accept x-rays taken only 2 weeks prior, by the orthodontist they referred me to. The dental office truly lacks the standard ethical code Do not trust them"

"Had an appointment at 8:30 on Monday morning, waited 15 minutes, then they started looking for my paperwork which I submitted online. They took several people ahead of me that arrived after me while "looking for my paperwork." Blonde woman extremely rude and unapologetic. Refused to give me her name. Spoke with the manger, who finally apologized but offered no solution, and let me leave without being seen. These companies should be held accountable for wasting people's time. Respect goes both ways."

"I had to have major dental work done that I had been putting off for quite a while. Finally the pain had become so bad that I was unable to eat and was living on coffee. My husband had been going to Complete Dental and he has a major phobia of dentists until he went there. I finally broke down and made an appointment because if he was letting them do the work he needed, then they must be doing something right. Dr. Leydey Fabelo is absolutely AMAZING! She is so gentle, sweet, and professional. She listens to your concerns, and makes you feel absolutely comfortable while explaining everything from beginning to end. Her staff are so knowledgeable, and caring. I could not have asked for better. I was so embarrassed to allow anyone to see inside my mouth, but after talking to them for just a few moments, I felt comfortable and the embarrassment almost went away completely. If you are on the fence about who to go to for your dental needs, please give them a chance. I am so happy that we did, and my husband and I are both now able to eat with no issues, and can smile with no embarrassment. The front office staff also are wonderful. They are nice and pleasant to speak to, and if you have any questions or concerns about your bill, they will get you the answers. We have definitely found our dentist for life and we recommend them to all of our family and friends. You will not be disappointed!!"
