"I’m new to the Jacksonville area and my service representative Kassi couldn’t be any better ! She answered all my questions and some not even related to my Infiniti. They gave me a loaner so I wouldn’t have to sit there for hours. The fix was expensive , but what isn’t nowadays? And this Wisconsin girl can’t be without air !!! So great job guys I’ll definitely use this service department from now on. Ps. I’m not Mrs. lol."

"Service in terms of customer service is great. But I’m not confident about the actual fixing and technician side of things. This is our 3rd Infiniti, and we currently have or have owned SUVs from Lexus, Benz, BMW, even Honda and Ford and never had squeaking noises coming from the breaks while backing up. It’s to the point where my employees tell me I need to get the car checked or ask when I’m going to get it fixed. It’s actually kind of embarrassing and it turns me and everyone off from buying an Infiniti. Not exaggerating, multiple parking lot conversations have been made about the squeaky breaks, that’s how bad it is. Even our director decided to go with an Acura instead of Infiniti after hearing 2 years of non-stop break squeaks. I’ve asked multiple times for it to be checked out, but there’s no fix. It’s always “it happens when it’s cold, it happens when you don’t break hard, is it in the mornings only?” Etc etc. It doesn’t make any sense cause out of all the cars we’ve owned and driven, NONE of them make that noise including the 2 previous Infinitis purchased from Infiniti of Orange Park. Also, they started charging $15 for a mandatory sanitation for loaner cars. I think that’s great and I really don’t mind paying if they are ACTUALLY sanitizing the cars, but this is the third time I’ve gotten a loaner after the policy and there has been obvious coffee stains and food crumbs in easy to clean areas (ex: top of the glove department). This last time, I even had a full on cart/stroller in the back seat from the previous customer that no one noticed until I returned the loaner and pointed it out… obviously you didn’t sanitize or clean the car if you didn’t see the big red thing taking up the entire back seat… Needless to say, there won’t be a fourth Infiniti purchase."

"This is MY service department. Maid and the service department manager, Roger, are very knowledgeable on repair requirements and maintain a great deal of care for me and the services I may need. Their communication and assistance for my current repair is awesome as always and I trust them completely. Any maintenence I need on the vehicle is done here. As an aircraft mechanic, i know my Infiniti is checked and repaired to specification. Highly recommend!!"
