Chipotle Mexican Grill

"They have dry old food sitting in the pans at 9 o’clock when they close at 11. On top of that, they were out of most of the sides, and use the excuse that the morning shift did not prep enough for them. I also stated, since I was not able to get my bowl with the other Four toppings, I was missing due to the lack of communication in their establishment, I should get some sort of discount for the inconvenience. The manager on duty a young boy stated I’m supposed to be getting charged regularly because I had beans, meat and rice….. Like that was a valid excuse, and he stated to the employee who was ringing me up to “do whatever she wants because he does not care” and walked away in the back. Really unprofessional ,Very ghetto and they definitely need a new manager. The boy, who was making the order was very nice as long with the cashier, but the manager on duty was too young and unprofessional for an establishment. I’ve worked in food service for over four years now, Prep is never an excuse, Lack of communication and terrible management."

"HEALTH HAZARD. besides the food tasting disgusting, I found something hard in it, and who knows what it is. At first, it looked like wood. It was so hard that I had to get it out of my mouth to check it out. I'm beyond grossed out, and I have health issues regarding swallowing, I could have choked or broke a tooth, but because I have to take very small bites, I felt it in my mouth before I ate. I'm very curious, so I grabbed a knife to see if it could cut through, and it did, but I have no idea what it is. Looks like an ancient seed."

"I ordered bowl through app. It was half empty bowl on pick up as if somebody ate from this bowl. You all can see the pic. It was disgusting. I threw the bowl and tried to call the restaurant but not surprising nobody picked up the phone. Chipotle is a good restaurant but this restaurant has extremely poor service. Most of the times, they are out of Veggies, Guac and other items. I would rate this restaurant to -1."

"I’ve been here a handful of times now. On every visit the front workers are showing their attitudes and food’s a hit or miss, I’ve gotten a slab of fat rather than meat in the bowl before. And this final time I’ve purchased food from them was same old attitudes, only they were more careless than usual on this order. This time around they didnt give me my chips n guac I payed for, didnt make the bowl how I ordered, and the bowl was chilled to the touch. Not even a little warm. It’s not a great location to get chipotle at all. Fresh Kitchen is down the road if you want a good bowl."

"It never fails when you go to this chipotle they are always out of something and their customer service is, they just don’t care. I live less than a minute from this location but I pass it by and go to the one near Tampa Outlets all the time which is 15 minutes away. I haven’t been to this one in months when I first moved to the area and Out of my better judgment I went there today 9/11/23 at 3p and sure enough they had a big bowl of uncut, uncooked peppers in a bowl on the counter but none available to serve as 4 people were standing around chatting….that should’ve been my sign to walk out…I ordered anyways and got a very basic bowl: steak, brown rice, & lettuce. As I was eating the steak, it not only tasted but looked like the meat had been pre cooked days ago and just warmed back up for today. I tried to eat it but just yuck. My stomach and nose were just not agreeing with each bite. Please see Photos. Just not appetizing at all. Corporate needs to step in because I feel like this could be a repeat of when the chipotle years ago were tampering with the food (serving dog or cat in that instance) but who knows what they are doing with this food. Customer service is bad too. They are never welcoming and always look as though they hate their job. From the person preparing the food to the cashier. BIG MISTAKE in taking a chance that things were better and ordering there."
