"Their choice of glasses are ugly , chinsey , old ladyish & all the same line of color . Too big or too small. Whatever happened to cute ,pretty or medium frames. Someone has bad taste. Priced to high. And Someone else should do the ordering My script was way off but they told me no it’s right . After wearing them for months with pain and pressure in my eyes giving me headaches I went for a second opinion hmmm well script was way off . No wonder why my eyes hurt so bad. The muscles in my eyes hurt so bad. Bloodshot eyes burning straining them everyday. Veins in eyelid are bulging. Idiots idiots"

"Visited this location on Tuesday November 21st. If I could leave no stars I would. I arrived to be the only one in the store. Within 5 minutes found my purchase. Was told by the representative Victoria, it would be a minute. Another rep came out and asked if she needed help. She should have said YES. Still waiting as the other rep took 3 customers. Very disappointed. Will never return!!!!"
"Worst experience I've ever had ....from disorganized staff ...tech S....to the Dr. Ruckman ( not sure of spelling) I needed the DMV form completed...& glasses. When I informed them I had " "narrow angles" that many Ophthalmologist stated do not get DIALATED.THE ASSISTANT AND DR. BOTH LOOKED AT EACH OTHER THEN ME AND SAID then leave...weve never heard of such a thing NEVER...YOUR WASTING OUR TIME...JUST LEAVE. I was shocked...im 75 and have never in my life been treated so rude...so unprofessional in my life. Don't waste your time here. There are many excellent eye doctor s to pick from in this area!"
"I went there originally thru the Lions club for low income people. The office people did not listen to me about need tri focles, and treated me poorly. I ended up having to go to the Inverness location and they were super helpful, treated me kindly and remade my glasses, as I needed the tri ..for work. I do not recommend crystal River location."
