"If you care about your kids do not take them here. I’m a nurse practitioner and understand a busy office, I’m very forgiving of the occasional mix up but this place is a joke. Constant changing of staff, the only doctor that actually would do a complete exam on my kids left a few months ago."

He has my kiddos best interest at heart and that's hard to find in this day and age!"

"We loved Dr. Mary, but the place has gone downhill since changing hands to north Florida Pediatrics. We’ve had two appointments where we clearly state the reason for the appointment at scheduling, only to be told they can’t help us at the visit. Also, they have no respect for the patients time and often run 45 minutes to 1 hour late for appointments. I’ve moved my family to another practice."

"Dr. Mary Soha was the only reason we initially went to this practice. She retired abruptly and Dr. Cohen (Jacksonville) took over. We have NOT been please whatsoever and have since left the practice. It would take DAYS to fill my child's ADHD medication every single MONTH. Cohen didn't deem this as "urgent" and would take forever to approve the refill with the pharmacy. The office staff now are rude and inefficient. The only person in the entire practice that knows what they are doing is Desiree in the Lake City office. I was blessed to get her on the phone a couple times and she quickly alleviated the problem and got my sons medication into the pharmacy. She would personally follow up with me on status of the medication. When I told her how unhappy I was with the practice, she immediately tried to fix it and put my in contact with another in house provider. She is an asset. I might have stayed if she was not in Lake City. Great job Desiree. Everyone else needs to KEEP UP."
