The Dr. James R. Smith Neighborhood Center is a local government office and park located at 1723 Bruton Boulevard in Orlando, Florida, United States. The center offers a variety of programs and activities for residents of all ages, including a summer day camp program for elementary and middle school children, day-long activities for children in grades K-5th when Orange County Public Schools are closed, and high-quality programs with homework assistance and enrichment activities. For teens ages 14-15, there is a Junior Counselor volunteer program that offers job skills training by assisting recreation staff. The Young Blacks In Action (Y.B.A.) community band and dance troupe is available for ages 4-21 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
