The Tri-County Community Resource Center, located at 15 North Main Street in Chiefland, Florida, is a grassroots organization dedicated to improving the health, well-being, and overall success of individuals and families living in the Tri-Counties. Our mission is to work in partnership with the public by providing services, resources, and information to benefit the needs of our community. The Resource Center, which opened its doors in 2015, serves as a one-stop "resource hub" for connecting those in need with critical services, programs, and supports. With no dedicated state or federal funding stream, the Resource Center is overseen by the TCCR board and sustained through grants, community collaboration, and donations.
