"Have a better set up. Here to pick up an online order, initially was told to go ahead in. After standing inside for nearly 10 minutes, Jenna ( I assume the manager on duty) tell myself and another gentleman here for online pickup to go back outside and to the end of the line. This defeats the purpose of ordering ahead and picking up. It should take no more than 3 minutes to confirm identification and give me my already paid for items. I will not return to this location again, my first and last time."
"Jenna the manager is extremely rude. U have a brand new ring that a stone fell out & she refused to place it or try & find the receipt. She was too busy to help me when we all shop there every holiday. Completely rude & unprofessional!!"
"I went in to exchange my ring for the same ring just a bigger size because I got it as a birthday present. She didn't even look at the ring before saying no because it looked like it couldn't be "resold" when I have only had the ring on for not even 48 hours to make sure it fit and my fingers weren't just swollen. She said the ring was not the right color when the ring obviously looks the same as it did coming out of the box then looked at the receipt and told me it was bought this day and I said yes it was a birthday gift that doesn't mean I was given it that day and I work 7 days a week so this was the only night I do not work and had time to go exchange it and I don't where rings to work that are important to me. I felt very judge and stereotyped just because I look younger then I am. So now because it was a gift and I feel terrible about not wearing it I'm going to walk around with a ring that I can barely get on and off! Thank you for stereotyping me and assuming I'm some teenager just trying to get a new ring pandora."
