"Worse service ever …the cashier /order taker she was so impatient and rude !! We ask her what sauce comes with the items she said it so fast and when we ask her again she did not answer.Finally got the order in and she close the window abruptly and went to pick up window and start yelling at the top of her voice to drive down -we were simply trying to read the sauces since she never let us know what they are ! Got to the window and she just shove the bag out the window to us .i said can we get some cilantro sauce after reading the sauce at the window.She made it seems like we were bothering her !! Just not a pleasant overall experience at all .The yuca was also extremely greasy as well . 1/13/2024 at 9:20pm name Sury!!"
"Did pickup order through app, got there told them my name. Then waited 15 minutes and the counter asks me again whats my name and said she didn't have my order. I had to explain to them that the app didn't have my name in the order. They finally got my food after waiting for 20-25 minutes. Then just left the bag at the register and expected me to reach half my body in to get it? Just seriously awful service. Food isn't even that good, why do people get this garbage and why this place let alone."
"This is the worst pollo tropical you can go. You always have to doble check after you receive your order because they are always missing something in your bag to go. Today I ordered a tropichop and they forgot to put the chicken. I am so frustrated at home and I can't come back to complain because i am too far away. I have been missing things I ordered more than 4 times but this is my last time visiting that pollo tropical"
"Ordered a combo meal. This is the new portion at this pollo tropical. Called to question the obviously small portion size and was told to call corporate and that a refund couldn’t be issued by the store. Complete lies. Did not take back out of fear that staff would tamper with my food."
"Today I have to eat in my car , could be better a umbrella and table , instead of those 3 concrete seats , I know is a express Pollo Tropical. But at least just change that to accommodate few customers outside, you used to have a lobby , but since COVID you never opened again . Look into it if you can it could be nice to seat and eat properly there since many people like me we work outside we don’t have the ability to take the good and eat it at home . Just an umbrella and a metal o wood table could be fine . Thank"
