"I am glad I changed to Allstate. I am saving money in my home insurance ; I had Geico and they raised my policy only because I submitted a claim to repair my roof. That’s when I searched other options and contacted Steve McCullen and he offered me a good deal for auto and home. They offer personalized customer care, every time I contact them they take care of things right away and they follow up on it. I am also happy with their app and discounts I have been getting for being a good driver (tracked by the app). I really like working with Steve and his team. "Being new into town, we were needing to have a vehicles registered ASAP. We needed to have Florida insurance to do this. Another Allstate agent we contacted initially seemed to put us off, but we were needing to take care of this business in the morning. We contacted Stephen close to the end of the work day and explained to him our situation. He said he would call me back in 5 minutes. We received a call back right away, and our other state Allstate insurance had been transferred into "Florida" auto insurance, and are policy papers were ready to pick up. 15 minutes later we were ready to rock-n-roll in the morning at the DMV. Thanks Stephen for your personal attention and shared sense of urgency!"
