The campground features stunning waterfront views, grassy camping areas, picnic tables, and grills. While there are toilets available, there are no showers, sinks, or drinking water on the island. Elliott Key, the park's largest island, also offers camping facilities with restrooms, cold water showers, picnic tables, and grills. Drinking water is available, but campers are advised to bring their own as a precaution. Both islands have restrictions on camping duration and campers are advised to pack out all trash as there is no trash collection on the islands.
