Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"Ordered online through the app when the store opened at 10am, arrived to pick up my orders around 1040, and the staff hadn’t even started on my order yet. Once I finally got both big bags I was running late to my party so I left without checking the order which bit me in the butt because they shorted me half my chicken sides and biscuits. Been trying to get Popeyes to make it right via the app chat and emailing customer service for over 3 weeks now and they keep passing me off to the next customer service agent that can help but no responses. The automated system did refund me one of my orders but of course it was the smaller meal. Worst restaurant, customer service, and staff. Will never return!!"

"I do not recommend ordering Popeyes online and from this Travel Center location. They mess up the delivery order, forgetting to include ordered items. If you stop by and complain, the Popeyes manager gets an attitude if you are not satisfied with her explanation that "mistakes happen" and " staff is in training." I'm your customer, and that's not my problem.I had to go back to your store and get the missing item for the order you didn't get right. Don't tell me to complain on the Popeyes website, and basically, that you don't care since you work for "Travel Center.""

"I placed a order on the app. Went in to get my food. Then I noticed the app placed the order at a Store 109 miles away. The manager Ken was extremely nice and just asked me what I ordered. She gave me my food with no problem. I don't care about all the bad reviews I had a great experience there. Also I saw a review about the store being unclean. Well I notice Ken cleaning as she worked. And from what I saw the store was really clean. I'll most definitely stop by this Popeyes again!!!!!!"

"I arrived here on Friday at 8:20 pm, and the girl locked the door and did not let me in, said the store was closed, although the work schedule was written on the door until 9 pm, so rude and impudent, and Google maps say that they are open until 10pm. What kind of stupidity is probably their boss not doing his job and not working with the working staff is a SHAME."

"To All the truck driver. This is one of the best Popeyes ever!!!! And I know we have been to a lot of them that just can't get it right. The customer service was exceptional.From the manager to the staff. No attitude!!! Just friendly and helpful. Just hands down great customer service. We came about 4:15 today. The chicken, shrimp was definitely hot and delicious. Along with the gravy and mash potatoes. Y'all know how hard it is to get a hot meal that's fresh,hot and actually taste the way it suppose to,with great customer service!!!! Hardly ever!!!! We have no complaint about anything. I give this place 10 stars if I could and ask if they could teach the other restaurants at truck stop the same attitude and how to treat there customer along with truck driver just want a hot meal just like everyone else!!!!!!"
