"I am incredibly disappointed in their services this year. We used to live locally to them and had them do our taxes every year. We wanted to keep supporting their business even after we moved out of the county, so my husband mailed them everything they needed to do our taxes in February. Not only have our taxes not been filed as of yet, but they have been dodging all attempts at communication since March. Now my husband has to drive six hours round trip in hopes of catching them in the office to retrieve all our documents so we can file before the Monday deadline. I don’t understand why they can’t just return a call and let us know what is going on."

The office is small but cozy, and Hugh and his wife were very welcoming.
