Under the passionate leadership of Chef and Owner Aaron Butler, we are thrilled to announce our exciting partnership with River City Catering. This collaboration marks a new chapter in our journey, bringing together two exceptional culinary teams to elevate your event experience.
Our story is one of resilience and renewal. In March 2020, the pandemic brought our operations to a halt, and we faced unimaginable personal loss. Aaron's wife, Amanda, tragically passed away in an accident, leaving behind their two children. Despite these challenges, Aaron's determination and the support of family and friends, including Amanda’s best friend Stephanie, helped guide him through adversity.
With renewed focus, Aaron aimed to rebuild and grow. A chance meeting with Troy, the owner of River City Catering, set the stage for a promising new partnership. Together, we bring a shared passion for culinary excellence and unparalleled service to every event we cater.

We sell produce and I had hired them on to cook some of our product live within the tradeshow for 2 straight days out of a very unconventional kitchen. Not only did they look and act professionally, but they setup an incredibly beautiful display within our booth.
