"I understand moving with updates but i absolutely hate the touch screen. My eyes started hurting after a few seconds. It’s too bright and I’m at a computer all day. Please make it easier to order like before! I hate it!"
"I recently been there and I had to ask twice to open the bathroom doors was completely ignored the first time TODAY I was told I have went over 30 mins of being in the building keep in mind I bought a frappe minding my business and charging my phone. Since when has Mc Donald’s have a 30min limit of being in the building ?"
"This McDonald's used to be awful homeless slept here and the staff were mean and unruly Since the renovation the staff are very kind and courteous the food is what you what you expect MY ONLY Complaint is that the staff is trained to have orders taken at the kiosk but the kiosk themselves don't provide all the customization options for your order ! This is an example of customers having to settle for less than we pay for please fix this and stay on the right track as has happened"
