“With all the negative reviews, I wanted to add my very positive experience with Misty in the permitting department. She was amazing. We have a very short window to get an inspection and are rarely home as we work over the road. Misty scheduled our inspection for the only day available to us, emailed the inspector that it had to be a morning inspection, gave me his contact info and told me to text him the Sunday before the inspection. Best customer service experience I've had in a long, long time. Big thanks to Misty! You're awesome!!”
