"The absolute most unfriendly Starbucks I have yet to encounter during my dine inside experience. The staff could care less of who or what they are doing. No eye contact. In a hurry and not listening. I ordered 2 mozzarella sandwiches which I handed her from the front and told her I only wanted one cooked. She cooked them both. I am still waiting for them to come out of the oven after 10 minutes. Very poor customer service. Will not be returning g to this location. Lrp"
"$6.00 for a cold brew w/ almond milk inappropriately labeled as "Almond drink" on cash register. Normally I don't invest the time in petty discrepancies however this is the highest price I've paid for the same drink I purchase every day. Dirty store. Poor management."
"Great location with plenty of seating and outlets if you need to connect your phone/ laptop/etc . Team members took our order pretty quickly and had it ready fast as well so no complaints. Bathrooms were pretty clean unlike other locations so thumbs up for that too"
"I don’t usually frequent Starbucks because, in my opinion, the coffee is over-priced and average, especially because I always drink my coffee with no sugar. To me it seems that the majority of Starbucks products are way too sweet. However, we do come to meet with friends because they do enjoy Starbucks. This last visit was very pleasant because the barista was super sweet and provided fantastic service. I didn’t catch her name but she was wearing a red apron and a red headband. I was really surprised because at most Starbucks that doesn’t happen. Good on this Starbucks…keep up the good work. The store was roomy, clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable."
