"YIKES. It’s a shame that this Starbucks has such poor service because it’s such an ideal location. The drive through line is extremely slow, like SLOWER than molasses. No urgency. After waiting 15-20 minutes, Drinks are still not made properly and food is never heated all the way thorough. They have 5-6 people working inside so it’s hard to understand why the service is lacking. This place needs new management."
"I just wanted to shout out Lorelei and the entire staff, they completely maid my night and fixed my drink for me after I wasted it on the floor . They were really nice about it and just made me feel welcomed.. I love coming here to study. Shout out the tram"
