"The staff was lovely and polite however, I made the mistake of eating the food. I ordered the signature burger which came with SHREDDED iceberg lettuce? Not only gross but hard to get off the burger. The saddest hints of a tomato I had ever seen. The tiniest pickles. And the cherry on top was two thin patties of the worst tasting beef I have ever eaten. It was inedible…it tasted so disgusting. Waste of money. Management, do better."

"Came here one evening, walked up to the window… the lady inside took like ten minutes to even acknowledge Me. Just keep peeping through the window and walking away. When she finally came to the window surprise, surprise she magically didn’t have what I wanted to order. She was rude and unbothered. Clearly she didn’t want to work that night and came up with any excuse to ensured that happened. This location had awful scores and reviews and now I see why. My how the Checkers franchise has fallen! I’ll never go to Checkers again!!!!"

"Nasty as hell service, crew members are bunch of thieves. I ordered a medium order and they just gave me a small order. I go back and asked them was your meeting size and they showed me the small side as they said they serve the medium size on the small size so I pay with the $20 they were supposed to give me $10.23 back send the order was $9.77 so she gave me $10 back and I say where’s the rest of my change and she said I ran it to the nearest dollar and I told her I didn’t give you permission to rounded that’s my money My change you were supposed to ask me so she got mad at me because I asked her for the rest of my change while the newbie was just laughing because I asked for my change."

"Fries are always MOLTEN LAVA HOT which is the best tasting fry on the market! You're rarely ever disappointed by them. Big Buford double meat is the way to go, always juicy, always tastes freshly made and they can be customized. The app needs a lot of work, 90% of the time the staff doesn't know how to use or figure out your QR codes and most times they don't show up on their computer. Granted I travel across the US so I have promotions from everywhere, but it should be seemless. They have a text message as well that sends you deals, that's pretty awesome! But they expire way too fast! The staff itself always seems to be older which means they pride themselves on their being clean etc, so I give them props for that!"

"They always seem to mess up orders... my burgers also seem like someone threw it together and punched it. Never have I had a good experience from this store. I can't eat tomatoes and they ALWAYS put it on when I say not to.. I got 4 burgers and all of them came smashed. FILLED with mayo. It's like you have highschoolers serving food. I don't trust them 1 bit touching my food. I'm making sure to stay away from here. Idk how half these burgers are even checked and allowed.. all I wanted was some food for me and my girlfriend tonight. Waste of money. Also food all cold."
